Questions? We've got answers.

Every vehicle on the Faco Transport platform undergoes a rigorous verification process. We check the vehicle registration, roadworthiness, insurance coverage, and driver credentials. Once cleared, the vehicle receives a unique Vehicle ID and verification badge that passengers can confirm instantly.

Entering the Vehicle ID on the verify page instantly pulls up the vehicle's complete record. Registration number, manufacturer, model, status, assigned driver, branch and more. All in one secure, easy-to-read page.

No. Looking up a vehicle by its ID is completely anonymous. We do not collect, store, or share any personal information from passengers who verify a vehicle.

Every vehicle is inspected before it carries a passenger and then re-inspected on a regular schedule, typically every six months. Our records are always live and updated in real-time so you always see the current status.

The vehicle is immediately de-verified and removed from active service until all issues are resolved and the vehicle passes a full re-inspection. Passenger safety is never compromised.

Only Faco Transport operates the vehicles listed on our platform. We run our own fleet and verify every vehicle and driver ourselves, so you always know who is carrying you.
